Culinary adventure

The MUSEUM OF VODKA constitutes a part of the HOUSE OF VODKA which mission is to promote the best culinary and alcohol making traditions of our country, as well as to give Polish cuisine and vodka the rank it deserves among other national alcohol and gastronomy cultures.

The HOUSE OF VODKA concept has been regarded by journalists of the BBC in 2016 as one of the symbols of positive changes in Warsaw after the fall of communism and the contemporary global image of the capital of Poland.

ELIXIR RESTAURANT

ELIXIR is a restaurant in which more than 6 centuries of tradition in terms of making vodkas, meads, and traditional local alcohols interlaces with the culinary richness of contemporary Polish cuisine. A modern interpretation of classic recipes, using regional products, and an innovative approach to the idea of combining dishes with high quality alcohol constitutes a real culinary adventure which allows to discover Polish cuisine anew and in an interesting, so far unknown version.

At the Elixir Restaurant it is possible to go deep into the secrets of trendy food pairing, meaning a theory and practice of combining tastes which allow for unique experiences. The menu consists in Polish dishes inspired by culinary traditions from various regions of the country, presented in a modern version and at the clients' wish also paired with alcohols carefully selected by a team of chefs, vodka masters, baristas, and mixologists from our VODKA ATELIER bar.
